I WRITE THE BIBLE나는 성경을 씁니다AUGUST24 Project Shop > 성경 필사 노트의 제작에 특별한 이유는 없었습니다. 매번 계획한 성경 읽기가 어느덧 멈춰버린 시점에 성경을 쓰는 편이 좋겠다고 생각했습니다. 기록은 기억과 달라서 마지막으로 읽은 부분을 잊어버리는 일도 없고 무엇보다 증거로 남으니 나중에 자랑거리도 될 거 같았습니다. 다만, 최근 발생하는 여러 사회 문제를 놓고 교회 안에서도 다양한 해석이 나오는 것을 보며 생각하게 되었습니다. 때로는 그것이 개인 혹은 공동체의 이해와 이익을 위한 것임을 알면서도 모른 척할 수밖에 없었던 이유는 성경을 알지 못했고 귀찮음에 침묵하고 싶었기 때문입니다. 사람이기에 성경 해석에 있어서는 개인의 견해가 들어갈 수 있음을 알고 있습니다. 문제는 그것을 알고 있으면서도 게으름에, 성경을 모른다는 이유로 분별없이 모두 받아들여왔던 스스로에게 있었습니다. 이러한 이유에서 왜곡되지 않은 성경을 알고 싶었고 말씀 그대로를 베껴 쓰는 편이 더욱 좋겠다는 확신이 생겼습니다. '성경 그대로의 성경' 그것이 이 성경 필사 노트를 제작한 진짜 이유입니다. 지금까지 당연하게 생각했던 많은 것들이 꼭 그렇지 않음을 성경을 읽고 쓰면서 조금씩 알아가고 있습니다. 성경이 이야기하는 진리가 무엇인지를 고민하는 시간도 늘어가고 있습니다. 이제는 모른다고 피하거나 침묵하지 않고 스스로에게 질문하며 행동하려 합니다. 꾸준히 성경을 읽고 성령 안에서 배워가며 그리스도인의 모습으로 살아가는 일을 멈추지 않겠습니다. For this reason I wanted to know the Bible that was not distorted.
